What is the lead time for window and door orders?Lead times vary by manufacturer and product type. On average, standard vinyl windows take 4–6 weeks, while custom or specialty items may take 8–12 weeks. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline when quoting.

Do you provide installation services or just supply the products?We offer both supply-only and full-service installation. Our licensed and insured installers specialize in retrofit and new construction applications.

What types of windows and doors do you offer?We offer a wide range of windows and doors from top manufacturers like Milgard, Pella, and LaCantina. Our selection includes vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, wood-clad, and specialty options to suit any project.

Are your products energy-efficient and Title 24 compliant?Depends on the specific product, but generally, Yes, most of our products meet or exceed California Title 24 energy efficiency standards. Options with Low-E glass, Argon gas, and thermally broken frames are available. Some items would require an weighted average calculations in order to comply with Title 24.

What is your warranty policy?Warranties vary by manufacturer and product type. Most products come with a limited lifetime warranty, and our installations are typically covered for 1 year.

Can you match existing windows or doors for remodels or additions?In most cases, yes, or similar. We’ll do our best to match the style, finish, and grid patterns to your existing products, especially if we know the original brand and model.

What areas do you service?We are based in West Los Angeles and serve residential and commercial clients throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. We offer sales of products only nationwide.

What is the difference between single glaze, dual glaze, and triple glaze windows?Single Glaze: A single pane of glass. These are rarely used in modern construction due to poor insulation and noise reduction. They do not meet current energy efficiency standards in most areas. Dual Glaze (Double Pane): Two panes of glass separated by a sealed air or gas-filled space (often Argon). This is the most common glazing option for residential windows today. Dual glaze improves insulation, reduces noise, and helps with energy efficiency. Triple Glaze (Triple Pane): Three panes of glass with two air or gas-filled spaces between them. Triple glazing offers even better thermal performance and sound reduction than dual glaze, but is heavier and more expensive. It's often used in extreme climates or where maximum energy performance is required. Each option affects comfort, energy bills, and soundproofing differently—dual glaze is the standard for most homes, while triple glaze is ideal for high-performance or cold climate projects.
