Warranty & Service Fee Policy (Please Read Carefully)
Our team will first review your submission to determine whether the issue may be warranty related.
Important Notes:
If the product and/or installation is no longer under warranty, or
If the issue is determined to be non-warranty related (including adjustment, maintenance, wear-and-tear, misuse, or third-party work),
a service trip charge will apply, regardless of whether the issue can be resolved on site.
Any repair work beyond evaluation will be quoted separately and require approval prior to proceeding.
Service Trip Charge – Based on Distance from Our Showroom (90025)
Service fees are based on the job location’s distance from our showroom in Los Angeles (ZIP 90025):
If the issue is confirmed as a covered warranty item, the trip charge may be waived or credited, subject to manufacturer and installation warranty terms.
